Communities in Bloom

The Town of Stonewall will bloom again in 2010 ...

At the committee's recent start-up meeting, it was decided to carry on with the popular "yard-of-the-week" program, as well as the beautification of the entrances to Town and the Health care facilities.

The yard-of-the-week program will run for the months of July and August.  Citizens can nominate any yard of their choosing, by dropping off addresses in boxes located at Home Hardware, and the Library.  Judging will take place on Tuesday evenings, with winners announced in that week's Argus.

Watch for information about other projects, as summer approaches.
